Admissions Process

A.  First Phase (Applicant’s Responsibility)

1. Submit all documentation to the Registrar by the deadline on the Admissions Calendar. Applications will not be processed until all documents are received.  Applicants who miss the deadlines must wait until the next round of admissions.
2. Submit an admissions fee of Rp. 300,000 per applicant.  (This can be paid at the time the documents are submitted or on the morning of the test date.)
3. Come to the school on the published testing date for entrance testing.
4. Take part in an interview which will be conducted for applicants after the entrance test is completed. The interview will include both parents (if possible) and the applicant (please see the Admission Calendar for the interview date). 

B.  Second Phase (School’s Responsibility)

1. After completion of the entrance testing and interview, the family will be notified of the admission decision by the date stated in the Admission Calendar.
2. Applicants who pass the test but are denied due to space limitations, will be notified immediately if a space opens up. 
3. If a student’s application is denied due to testing results, the Registrar’s letter will inform the family of the earliest date at which they may request a retest.

Notes:

§         No applications will be processed outside these dates.

§         No testing or interview will be conducted until ALL documents are received. If they are not received by the deadline, the applicant will have to wait until the next round.

§         If applicant is unable to attend the testing and interview date, the family must submit a video or DVD in which applicant and parents answer interview questions. Please contact the registrar for more details.

§         Space will not be held for any reason.   If a family is unsure if they will arrive in Indonesia due to paperwork or other reasons, they should make every effort to register their child. 

§         After 2^nd semester begins, Mountainview will not accept new students unless they have met the requirements above.  If the applicants are out of country, they must still meet the document deadline and submit the required video interview.    Even if these requirements have been met, we cannot guarantee admission because testing has not been done.
